Cancellation Policy
Payment & Refunds All payments are non-refundable. Once payment has been submitted, your booking is considered confirmed and final. Timeliness Please be on time for your scheduled reading. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or canceled without refund. Rescheduling Reschedules are allowed with at least 1 hour’s notice before your scheduled appointment.
