Pre-Interview

We’ll have a brief 15-minute conversation to explore why QHHT® is a right fit for you and to see if I am the right practitioner to guide your journey. This is a no-pressure phone chat to answer your questions and ensure alignment before moving forward.

Interview

We’ll sit together while you share your life story—from childhood up to today—including any health concerns or important experiences. This deep understanding helps guide the hypnosis in the most effective way.

Hypnosis

Guided journey to the time and place your subconscious most wants you to explore. It includes a conversation with your higher self where healing happens and any stuck emotions will be understood and released.

Wrap Up

After hypnosis, we’ll talk about your memories and insights from the session. You’ll also receive a USB with the audio recording to take home

Frequently asked Questions

Will I remember anything?

Memory varies from person to person; some hold onto every detail, while others cannot recall anything. I record everything, allowing you to take home a copy for your own reflection and continued healing.

Can I do this over the phone or Zoom?

No. It is important that I watch for subtle signs on your physical body, which isn't done easily over the internet. Also, technology is not always 100% all the time. Mercury Retrograde, for example.

How long do sessions last?

The entire session from start to finish is ALL DAY. Each client is unique, leading to different session lengths. Some go 5 hours, others 8. The average is about 5-6 hours.

What if I can't go under?

You can!

Hypnosis is completely natural and your body is well aware of what to expect. Your MIND is what fights it.
