🔮 Before the Year Ends…

What if you gave yourself two hours to step away from the noise, slow down, and go inward before the year comes to a close?

December can be busy. Between the holidays, shopping, schedules, family, and everything else that seems to pile up at the end of the year, it can be easy to stay focused on everything outside of yourself.

Give yourself a couple of hours to slow down, get comfortable, and turn your attention inward.

You may discover something connected to a past life, gain a new perspective on your current life, connect with your Higher Self or spirit guide, or simply experience something you didn't expect.

🔮 The Experience

This Dolores Cannon–inspired group regression uses light hypnosis to guide you into a deeply relaxed, dreamlike state—similar to meditation—where you can slow down, quiet the everyday noise, and see what naturally comes forward.

You remain awake, aware, and completely in control throughout the experience. You're never “put under,” and you're never forced to see, feel, or experience anything.

As you relax, you may have the opportunity to:

• 🌀 Explore a past life that holds connections or insight for your current life

• 🌀 Meet a spirit guide or connect with a higher aspect of yourself

• 🌀 Glimpse a possible future lifetime or another timeline of experience

Some people experience vivid imagery. Others may feel, sense, hear, or simply know something. There is no right or wrong way to experience it.

We'll move through 3 guided experiences, with time to reflect, and journal in between each. You'll also have the option to share your experience with the group if you feel called to.

No previous hypnosis or meditation experience is required. You don't need to have any particular beliefs—just come with an open mind and a little curiosity.

You are completely in control of your experience. I'm simply there to guide you where you need to go.

Whether you're curious about past lives, soul connections, spirit guides, Higher Self, timelines, or simply want to explore your consciousness in a different way, come curious and see what unfolds.

✨ Every journey is personal and unique—and no two group regressions are ever exactly the same.

✨ Who Is This Experience For?

This is a great fit if you:

• Feel curious about past lives, soul connections, or spiritual exploration

• Want to explore your intuition, Higher Self, or spirit guides

• Are interested in consciousness, timelines, or spiritual experiences

• Enjoy meditation, visualization, or personal growth experiences

• Are looking for a different perspective on something happening in your life

• Feel drawn to exploring the unseen or what may exist beyond everyday awareness

📝 What to Bring

• Yoga mat or comfortable blanket

• Eye mask (optional)

• Journal and pen

There are 12 zero-gravity chairs available, and they are first come, first served. If you’d prefer a chair, plan to arrive a little early to get settled. Once the chairs are claimed, remaining participants will have a comfortable space on the floor, so please bring a yoga mat or cushion if you'd like additional support.

Come comfortable. You'll be spending most of the experience relaxing and allowing yourself to go inward.
